Hi - Your plugin works great and speeds up my website - I like it more than APO but encountered the same problem. I think is a part of imunify360 problem - when loading some pages I green message with the text "Please wait while your request is being verified" The same issue is documented on this reddit thread - I am not on Ezoic as per the thread but some other people reported the same problem.

let me know if you have any ideas on how we could fix and thanks so much. great work on the plugin

Does everything work as expected with the plugin disabled? Just trying to make sure it’s something that only happens with the plugin disabled (if it happens with the plugin disabled, there’s not going to be anything I’d be able to do/look at).

Also, do you have a URL I can check that it’s happening on? I don’t have anything with Cloudways, Ezoic or Immunify, so a bit hard to even look at anything. 😀

Hey, [sorry, if you can edit the tittle - I meant to say "works well but..."]

It happened with the APO plugin and it also happened with your plugin - so it is a problem on the server/hosting side.

Here is a potential workaround but when I did that it was caching the homepage with the admin bar and all that html - https://blog.imunify360.com/using-cloudflare-cache-everything-with-imunify360

this was happening after applying that

As I said, it is not a problem with your plugin. It made my site super fast but the message started appearing... (it is part of immunify WAF)

It is not currently happening on our live site as we disabled the plugin for now but my intention is to enable it again it was improving the performance quite a lot

Just out of curiosity, what is Immunity? Maybe it’s trying to cache also? Caching a cache usually causes problems like that.

Honestly you would probably want to disable one (either Immunify or Cloudflare firewall functions). Just like trying to run a cache behind a cache will tend to be problematic, so will running a firewall behind a firewall.

That being said, the only thing I can think of that would make the Immunify firewall interfere with guest page caching or APO would be if their firewall was presenting incorrect HTTP headers (for example if their headers say that a firewall challenge should be cached when it really shouldn’t be). Cloudflare’s caching properly respects HTTP headers that give caching directives, so my gut says they are using incorrect headers.

Hard to say for 100% certainty without being able to see it happen and more specifically, see the HTTP headers being used.
