Multi-site: Enable or Disable for Each Subsite

Hi! I have a few personal blogs hosted on a WordPress Multisite installation. I am using this plugin (I LOVE IT), but I wish there was a way to disable / enable the plugin per site when using multisite.

For example, DOMAIN-A, DOMAIN-B, and DOMAIN-C are all on Multisite. When I install the plugin, it becomes activated for all multisite websites.

But I don't have API keys for each unique domain, and some of the sites I don't want to run the plugin on... unfortunately I can't seem to "turn the plugin off" on a site-by-site basis. This causes some DEBUG errors, as it runs on a lot of sites without the API key.

Is there an easy way to fix this?

Wouldn't that be the functionality built into WordPress multisite? Specifically, you can install an addon for the network, and yes... you can enable it for all sites within the network with the "Network Activate" from the network admin side of things. However, you also can have it installed but not network activated. It would show as a disabled plugin for each site, that they could then choose to activate or not at the site-level.

TL;DR: I think maybe what you are looking for is to install it, but not Network Activate it in the network admin area?

Good idea, I will try that! I am new to Multisite on WordPress, so perhaps it is a user error (my fault). If I have an errors with that method, I'll report back next week.

I'm looking forward to using this plugin. I'm also interested to purchase the Pro version so I can unlock the cool features, like using R2 to store my images. Thanks for building this.
