The strange thing is that this is on one website of the same multisite, while other websites on the multisite network do not give this issue.
Background: the license was expired for some time. This caused some issues with R2. I renewed it and am now trying to check if the license is active again. But I cannot access the page.

Some extra details that may help: PHP memory_limit is set to 2048M, but the error appears at about 75 MB. It only happens on one subsite of our multisite the other sites with App for Cloudflare Pro 1.10.0 open the settings page without problems. Is there a way to check or enter the license key without opening the settings page, for example with a WP-CLI command or a constant in wp-config.php?

Honestly, I cant think of anything it would be doing that would use anywhere remotely close to that much memory. It’s fetching some text-based data from Cloudflare (like the settings for that domain). But nothing in there should be a crazy amount of data. Is that site running other plugins that the other sites are not?

My gut says that site is using a different plugin that’s doing something silly or maybe stuck in a loop somehow. Not 100% sure, but it does seem strange that it’s limited to that site.
