Multisite Custom Domain

in my wordpress multisite site admin can add their own custom domain. Now my question is , if site admin add their own custom domain then the site url is customdoamin.com

In this condition your plugin will work? In this case do i need multiple licenses

Have any refund policy could i check this?

The Pro version of the plugin is license is attached to the hostname of the site. Meaning a single Pro license doesn't give someone unlimited Pro usage across 100,000 sites (if they had that many in their multisite setup).

That being said, if the primary site within a multisite network has a license, it does enable *some* functions across all sites within the multisite network. Specifically, you are able to use a single R2 bucket for media across all sites within the network. But that's really the main thing that would be enabled across all the sites in the multisite network.

But no, to answer your question a single Pro license does not blanket give a full Pro license to every site in the multisite network.

I am telling about custom domain. If i use pro version. Then custom domain & my sub site can use this plugin as well. Can i test demo/trial available? Or Refund policy available?

If the front-facing URL of the site is different than the hostname for the license, the Pro version will not be activated.

For example, if you had a Pro license for mysite.com, the only site within a multisite network that would have the Pro plugin would be mysite.com. So even if myothersite.com was in the same WordPress multisite network, it doesn’t have a Pro license.

It’s no different than if a site wasn’t part of a multisite network (as far as licensing is concerned).

Basically if you are wanting to use the Pro version across multiple sites with a single license, it would not work (even if they were part of the same multisite network on the backend).
