Got this error when getting the API Token,

That doesn't look like an error from our end. If that's an error inside Cloudflare's dashboard/website, there's nothing we would be able to do on that... If it's in Cloudflare dashboard and it's one-time (fixed itself), they were probably having issues they sorted out. Do you have a specific URL you are seeing it?

To *me* that feels like a permission issue with the account you logged into Cloudflare dashboard with. I'd check the permission of your members: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/members
