We just did the update and we had to disable the plugin because it keeps throwing a 500 server error!!!!!!!!!!

This is new to me. Is there a step by step instructions for setting this up? I don't know much about Cloudflare and I have several sites on my account that I just brought over. I am not sure about tokens and such. A step by step tutorial would be very helpful for me to feel confident enough...
