Added a couple filters (1.10.0)

  • Added app_for_cf_post_files filter to allow additions (or subtractions) from files being moved into/out of R2
  • Added app_for_cf_r2_exclude_extensions filter to allow new uploads with certain extensions to be excluded from being stored in R2 by default
